
Scaling an Online Hair Clinic Platform
3CO is an online hair clinic that makes hair loss treatments accessible via a fully digital process. Customers go through an intake online, get approval from a doctor and receive their treatment discreetly at home.
Previously, the company operated under the name Adonis2. With the rebrand to 3CO, they wanted to broaden their brand and also focus on women. At the same time, they were on the verge of a growth phase and needed a platform that was ready to scale up.

Previously, the company operated under the name Adonis2. With the rebrand to 3CO, they wanted to broaden their brand and also focus on women. At the same time, they were on the verge of a growth phase and needed a platform that was ready to scale up.



3CO wanted a website that not only showcases their new brand, but was also fully focused on conversion. The treatment process consists of several steps: a medical questionnaire, assessment by a doctor and only then the possibility to start treatment.
In addition, there was a hard deadline. We had to design and develop the entire platform in five weeks so that the website could go live when their new campaign went live.
We developed a conversion-oriented platform that guides visitors step by step through the treatment process. Users start with an intake, then choose a treatment and create an account to follow their journey.
Behind the scenes, we built a fully custom system that supports the entire process.
We developed:
- a customer dashboard where users can track and manage their treatment
- an admin dashboard for the internal team
- a doctor dashboard where doctors can review requests
When an application is approved, payment is automatically processed via a Stripe integration and the prescription is sent to the pharmacy. When an application is rejected, the customer receives feedback from the doctor and the payment is automatically refunded.
The technical stack consists of Webflow, Xano as backend and Wized for the link between front end and backend. In addition, we have set up extensive data tracking and marketing automation to make growth and optimization possible.
The result is a scalable platform in which almost all processes are automated.
